I specialize in supporting individuals and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and marriage conflict, as well as those navigating faith crises. With extensive experience working with both individuals and couples, I provide a safe and empathetic environment for exploration, resilience-building, and personal growth. Additionally, I offer specialized guidance for couples navigating the complexities of blended families, ensuring tailored support for their unique dynamics and challenges. My goal is to help you live better and feel better.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Informed therapy to offer comprehensive support. I stay updated through yearly training with the Utah Association of Domestic Violence Treatment providers (UADVT).
